It's about three miles in each direction for cyclists and pedestrians on the trail, if you park in a lot near the Emeryvile IKEA or Maritime and Grand in Oakland. The trail currently ends at the Bay Bridge tower, but plans are for it to continue to Yerba Buena Island. Demolition of the old bridge is ongoing.

3. International Dragon Boat Festival
Saturday-Sunday 8am-5pm
About 130 dragon boat teams will compete off of Treasure Island. A festival will feature acrobats, taiko drumming, and lion dances. Weather should be sparkling.

Bay Bridge Trail
Oakland, CA
It's about three miles in each direction for cyclists and pedestrians on the trail, if you park in a lot near the Emeryvile IKEA or Maritime and Grand in Oakland. The trail currently ends at the Bay Bridge tower, but plans are for it to continue to Yerba Buena Island. Demolition of the old bridge is ongoing.

In Oakland's Jack London Square, over 70 area food vendors will be complemented by local wine and beer, as well as demos on topics ranging from butchery, pickling, cheese making, and home brewing.

If you happen to see men with ass-less chaps or women with gags and whips on BART, don't act shocked. Estimated attendance is 400,000 for this 13-block event. EDM dance stages, public play stations, and a clothing check will no doubt please revelers.
3. International Dragon Boat Festival
Saturday-Sunday 8am-5pm
About 130 dragon boat teams will compete off of Treasure Island. A festival will feature acrobats, taiko drumming, and lion dances. Weather should be sparkling.
