The fifth incarnation of St. Ignatius Church, completed in 1914, sits atop Fulton Street on the University of San Francisco campus. A previous version burned at the corner of Van Ness and Hayes, on the site of Davies Symphony Hall. In 1994, the church regained parish status to once again serve the local Catholic community.

Delivering Innovation in Supportive Housing (DISH)
Beginning in 2006, its two founders worked with the Department of Public Health to provide property management services to five residential hotels in the Tenderloin and one in the Mission. DISH is part of Tides, which is based in San Francisco's Presidio. They've held fundraisers to plant sidewalk gardens, offer art and yoga classes, and host educational workshops. If you prefer, DISH also welcomes nonperishable food and new clothing donations.

Sounds like the Party of No. I'll see how enforcement turns out as I run the 103rd Bay to Breakers and then return home to the Panhandle, which is mid-route. Beware of bus route diversion/crowding and road closures.
2. Asian Heritage Celebration

Five blocks of Larkin, along with the side streets between Grove and Eddy, will feature a cooking demo stage with top chefs, free admission to the Asian Art Museum, and two performance stages.
3. Old Mint Exhibit Reception

Stroll through the Old Mint in downtown, and review the work of over 80 artists from the San Francisco Art Institute.

St. Ignatius Church
San Francisco, CA 94118
The fifth incarnation of St. Ignatius Church, completed in 1914, sits atop Fulton Street on the University of San Francisco campus. A previous version burned at the corner of Van Ness and Hayes, on the site of Davies Symphony Hall. In 1994, the church regained parish status to once again serve the local Catholic community.

Charity
Delivering Innovation in Supportive Housing (DISH)
Beginning in 2006, its two founders worked with the Department of Public Health to provide property management services to five residential hotels in the Tenderloin and one in the Mission. DISH is part of Tides, which is based in San Francisco's Presidio. They've held fundraisers to plant sidewalk gardens, offer art and yoga classes, and host educational workshops. If you prefer, DISH also welcomes nonperishable food and new clothing donations.

1. Bay to Breakers
Expo: Friday-Saturday; Race: Sunday
Gee, I don't know. No strollers. No floats. No tortillas. No non-clear backpacks. No booze. No free-riders. Sounds like the Party of No. I'll see how enforcement turns out as I run the 103rd Bay to Breakers and then return home to the Panhandle, which is mid-route. Beware of bus route diversion/crowding and road closures.
2. Asian Heritage Celebration
Saturday, 11am-6pm
Five blocks of Larkin, along with the side streets between Grove and Eddy, will feature a cooking demo stage with top chefs, free admission to the Asian Art Museum, and two performance stages.
3. Old Mint Exhibit Reception
Friday, 7-9pm
Stroll through the Old Mint in downtown, and review the work of over 80 artists from the San Francisco Art Institute.
