Bay Area Quote
"We
take the rights of people very seriously.... So to violate that public
trust would be wrong and unethical.... We would never use this system
for civilian surveillance."
- Gregory Ahem, Alameda County Sheriff
"We have to ask hard details... We're a little concerned drones have the capacity to be abused tremendously."

Situated
a few blocks from popular destinations such as Art Murmur, the Fox
Theater, and Lake Merritt, this spacious bar + grill offers excellent
mac 'n cheese, Belgian fries, and beer on tap. It's a full bar, though,
and you're also but a few stumbling steps from the 19th St. BART
station. 3-1/2 stars - 1076 reviews

Not
far from Luka's is this bocce-ball destination bar. That's right, two
lengthy dirt-packed courts, which can be reserved for parties. It also
helps that the artisan cocktails and quality beers are offered at a
great happy hour price, and that the Fox is within eyesight. 4 stars -

Such a cool
idea. For seven years, Urban Tilth has worked to bring agriculture to
urban areas of Richmond and San Pablo. The program has partnered with
schools, nonprofits, corporations, and government and now coordinates 12
small farms and three churches. The Greenway Community Garden, in the
heart of the Iron Triangle, and the Kennedy High Farm and Garden are two
great examples. Earlier this month, Richmond High hosted a student-run
salad bar for lunch by using harvested lettuce and lemons, and
student-made salad dressings.
